The architectural office was founded in 2000 by Martin Janekovic, Uwe Rieger, and Helle Schröder and it develops process-oriented spaces between material and information in the fields of architecture, exhibition construction, and exhibition architecture.
XTH-Berlin deals with the analysis of social needs and longings, as well as new technological developments. Against this background, architectural strategies are developed for the projects. As a result of the respective task, relationships are redefined and unfamiliar viewing angles are taken. This approach is followed by the development of the design, the careful use of the materials and the detail. Their installations and researchers, as well as their multidisciplinary platform "kunst und technik", serve as impulses.
